Lee Michaels was almost a one man band.  He played all instruments, usually keyboards, and was accompanied by one person, a chunky drummer named Frosty.

For Lee’s 4th album Barrel in 1970, he wrote a fairly depressing song for what seemed like a war without end.  Lee Michaels “What Now America” on Old School!
