Deathwise CATFISH KNIGHT AND THE BLUE EXPRESS (1968)

We don’t know a lot about Catfish Knight and the Blue Express.  Their producer was Angelo DiFrenzo. They released one song in October of 1968 which in part seems to be an homage to the Rolling Stones Paint It Black but maybe that’s because death is in the air.

But then there’s a little Johann Strauss at work here, because, as crazy as it is, it is in a waltz tempo.  I know.  The suspense is killing you.  Fear not, the grim reaper is about to spin.  Catfish Knight and the Blue Express and “Deathwise.”
